How orders are packed, what carriers we use, and what to expect on timing.

Where we ship
We ship across the United States from Portland, Oregon. We do not currently ship internationally.
Rates
Shipping is quoted live from the carrier at checkout, based on the size and weight of what you have ordered and where it is going. You see the price and choose the service before you pay; nothing is estimated after the fact.
Rates include a handling charge covering packaging and preparation. Larger stencils ship rolled in a long box, which costs more than a flat parcel — the quote reflects that rather than averaging it across every order.
Timing
Stock stencils normally leave within one to two business days. Custom and made-to-order work has a production window shown before you pay, and ships once it is cut.
Transit time is on top of that and depends on the service you choose at checkout. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guarantees.
Tracking
You will get an email with a tracking number when your order ships. If tracking has not moved for several days, contact us and we will chase the carrier.
Delivery problems
Please check the shipping address before you pay — an address correction after dispatch costs money and delays delivery.
If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, tell us within 30 days of the ship date so we can file a carrier claim and put it right. See Returns & Refunds for what happens next.
